I don't know of any. Have you called Galaxy and asked them ? The testing must be done over several days so I would think they have knowledge of which facilities are using their kit.

Any willing doctor could do this for you. Sometimes osteopaths are more open, and in some states other medical people such as nurse practitioners or physician assistants could order it. Did I hear that chiropracters could too, or did I imagine it?
