Arthritis and Autoimmune Disease: Finding and Treating the Many Causes of Chronic Fatigue and Inflammation by Katherine and Karl Poehlmann.

This fact filled book about RA could be about Lyme Disease: if you are looking for access to research, explanations, connections, ideas, support, I think this is one of the best books I have ever read, as a chronic Lyme sufferer.

This book finally convinced me to try serrapeptase, not all the Lyme info I have been reading for years.

All our friends are there, in great detail: bacteria, mycoplasmas, viruses, molds, spirochetes, fungi, and more. Sections on diets & supplements and testing methods. Clear explanations on things work, the good and the bad.

Sounds good! Thanks!

I know the enzymes like serrapeptase are good.. my stomach can't handle them though. I hope you have great success with them!

I am interested in your reactions to this systemic enzyme.
Are you going to increase your dose until you get some improvements to your symptoms?

I've been taking Wobenzym, an enzyme blend, for several years now.
When I stop, the headaches and pain and stiffness get so much worse again.
