Without a doubt, who here can tell me that they have seen improvement with Buhner herbs?
I want to hear from people who have seen definitive improvement from Buhner.

- I don't think of them as "his" herbs yet have done very well with some that are included in his books. Without a doubt, some have helped me a great deal, indeed.
It is best to consult with a LL ND, however, for an individualized protocol, taking into account your particilar case. -

Our daughter has gone through 2 years of combo abx for lyme/bartonella.
3 months ago we weaned her from abx and have continued treatment using japanese knotweed, houttuynia (1stChineseHerbals powdered herbs),
Not only does she suffer from bartonella symptoms, but symptoms from the inflammation they have caused in the basal ganlia of her brain (PANS) including:
emotional lability, raging, ADD, decline in executive function, age regressive behaviour, loss of fine motor/math/spatial abilities, enuresis, Tourette's-like motor and vocal ticcing.
Not only have I noticed a sustained deline in all of her PANS symptoms upon starting Buhner, her Bartonella pain symptoms have remained in remission.
I realize it is early times, but before this, whenever abx have been discontinued, relapse was evident within 1 month. I am holding my breath.
Buhner's new book on the mycoplasma and bartonella coinfections is the best he has written. It explains much of his reasoning for using the herbals he recommends.

Yes, I am finding them quite worthy.

My son's bartonella streaks have faded with Buhner's bartonella protocol. He's been on it for about 4 months. They are not completely gone, but, close to it. I just added cryptolepis to the protocol to make sure that it is not his babesia coming back which is knocking the bartonella back. He doesn't have dark urine again, so I'm pretty sure that it's the herbs that are helping.

I agree that Stephen Buthner's new 2013 book HEALING LYME DISEASE COINFECTIONS is the most informative book he's written to date. I am adapting and adding some of his suggestions to my abx protocol. I think he's come a long way.
I also take Byron White's A-L formula, too. My goal is to wean off abx without relapsing.

There's a Lyme_Aid_Buhner yahoo group that you could join and chat with, if you're so inclined...

Yes. I feel Andrographis has been very helpful for me. I just got his Bartonella/Mycoplasma book, looking forward to reading it...

Absolutely. Buhner's suggestions of Rhodiola, Houttuynia, & Cordyceps have been extremely helpful.
