I been checking my temp everyday for the past month. I've notice that I always have a low grade fever.. it always ranges between 99.5 - 100.4.

Anyone has an idea why? Does it mean my body is constantly fighting something? Or can it be just fungal infection getting worse with antibiotics?

Probably the babesia. Fungal infections don't usually cause fever.

Can lyme cause this?

In Stephen Buhner's latest book on Lyme co-infections, he says the Bartonella is the most frequent cause of fevers of unidentified origin.

I get low grade fevers too, and I wish I knew exactly which infection was causing mine.

I get low grade fever very often. I'm treating babesia right now. I'm in the same boat. I don't know exactly what infection is causing them.

Me as well. I am starting crypto for babesia on Monday. I'm not sure which infection is causing the fevers-but I am assuming, for me, it is not lyme as I still had the daily fevers while on lyme only abx.
