I've been having vibrations in my head for months now. They don't last long (a few seconds), but they always startle me. I can have several in a row, and about 50-60 a day, sometimes less. Each time I have to hold my head, even though it doesn't change anything. Right after, I feel dizzy.
I saw a neuro this week but will get an MRI only in several months (and an EEG in Sept.), unless I go to a private clinic, which I can't afford, I have no private insurance. I live in Canada.
Lately, I also find it hard to go outside for a walk, as each step seems to make my head vibrate.
Anyone here has experienced this symptom? I'm less and less functional. I wish the neuro could have said something to reassure me.
Could they be tiny seizures? The idea of seizures is much less frightening than the idea of a tumor.
Thanks in advance for your inputs,
Julie

Neurological symptoms in lyme can take many forms. Don't think these will show anything on an MRI. EEG might be useful, or SPECT scan to show blood perfusion, since many of us have brain blood flow issues.
I had several mini seizures early in my treatment and had the visual aura that goes with migraines (without the headache, so it was not like a normal migraine).
