Yes, I have used it and it worked pretty good. No die off symptoms which was great.

Omg, I had so many die off symptoms...I think...Since I took it last thursday. Or my lyme is flaring awful

I think Candex works. One of the few supplements that I can tell is working.

I am on nystatin and coconut oil. My vision is so blurry its scary. This has been goin on for a week. the day after i tool 4 candex pills.

The thing with candex is it really is supposed to be used alone atleast in the beginning. You are really hitting your system too hard by combining it with nystatin and coconut oil. I'm assuming you are also on probiotics which will cause an additional strain right now. Its not the candex it the combo of all three together.
The reason most people use candex is you can get rid of yeast, but not have the horrible die off. This site explains when and how to use antifungals. Nothing will be gained by attacking all at once.
