Bands 39 and 83-93 are EXTREMELY Lyme specific. BIG markers. "IND" means they saw SOMETHING.. it's like a weak positive, but nonetheless, IT IS THERE.

Be sure to print out the WB explanation and read it several times. Dr C explains each band.

Those are all Lyme bands. Sometimes people test positive more strongly after some treatment. You can make a post in Seeking a Doctor for referrals, if you need one.

Aside from 41, which can be positive with anything that has a flagellate (tail like appendage used for locomotion), all those bands, from what I've read, are lyme specific.
