I've been on 4 antibiotics since January. LLMD told me he's giving me a break for a couple of months and to stop taking them. I am on a lot of herbs/supplements which he said to continue with.

is it normal to be taken off antibiotics?

I am on Artemisinin - this is really making some major differences, all of which the LLMD says is a good sign. Peeling hands, tremors and mini-migraines lasting a short time, pain in Achilles tendon, etc. We feel the Art is really hitting something and this is good!

I did/do have a Thrombosed Hemorroid this week. LLMD kind of laughed and said it's like a heart attack in the butt. He could drain it, but as it's finally reducing in size and pain I'll let it take care of itself on its own - at this time.
Is this an issue possibly caused by the antibiotics and the reason for removing them?

Just curious. I've been treating since Jan this year and just not sure what "normal" protocol is.

thank you!

I took myself off antibiotics about 1 1/2 years ago and have been getting steadily better since then. I believe I am in the final stages of the lyme complex.

I'm feeling okay. Besides a few little minor gripes once in a while - I don't feel too bad.

We thought I had fibromalygia years ago - I hurt much worse than I do now! But then I've learned how to listen to my body, found quite a few muscle easing tricks, and deal with it all.

I'll take antibiotics for about 2 more weeks. Go on a cruise for 7 days and then see how I feel after all that!!!

I'm sure I'm not "healed/cured" but I'm willing to find out what lays ahead for me!

The cruise sounds nice [Smile]

I hope you have a nice, relaxing time.
