Someone recommended using Juice Plus. Not to treat lyme & co's, but for more energy, just a general feeling better all over.

Have any of you tried it? What were your results?

As I understand it - there are 3 blends, and orchard blend, a vegetable blend and a vineyard blend of berries. It comes in a capsule or chewable.

took it a few years. I juice fresh juices now. I didn't feel anything when I took it, I just knew it was good for you.

I like straight greens powders better for the greens. I mix four different ones to take 2 - 3 times a day.

I think it's a better value and also better quality. I got way too speedy when I used Juice Plus in the past.

No haven't tried it. My neuro told me to juice carrots.

Fabulous to add when juicing carrots:

Zucchini, cucumbers, tart green apple, touch of ginger root and maybe a dash of nutmeg.

Zucchini, cucumbers should be plentiful to balance the sugars in the carrots. A volume ratio of about 3 "filler greens" to 1 carrot works well. Add back in some of the fiber &/or use it in soups, etc.

Bok Choy is also a nutritious "filler green" using the stalk for its liquid content and the leaf for its deep green goodness.

Good to enjoy with a few nuts, to add fat and protein - to balance the carbohydrates and work toward glucose longevity.

My husband and I have been taking it for almost 2 years. I can't tell any difference with energy levels. Like Lyme in Putnam said, I too take iot because it's good for me.

I'm getting ready to stop because the price is a bit steep.
