Are patients taking this on an empty stomach before breakfast and 1/2 hour before dinner?

Need to figure out when to take the dosages.

I take it on empty stomach in am and just before dinner along with am and pm meds and sups.

I can't eat any food that early at 5 am. And want to get my meds done ASAP upon arriving home at 6pm.
