Quick question?? I started Samento about 5 days ago and I feel like my heart is going to pound out of my chest.
I'm a nurse, so I checked my heart rate at work and it was 110, I feel dizzy, tingling feet and kind of like I'm hallucinating a little.
I can't find any info on Samento and rapid heart rate. This is the only new med for me. Did this happen to anyone?
I started at 5 drops twice a day and I'm up to 10. So not a huge amount.

It can be quite hard to believe these little drops can pack such a punch, I know,
especially if you are new to treating, it's no joke to go 'low and slow' to see how you do- meaning go up 1 drop at a time.
Before I was on any antibiotics or treatment for Lyme/ Bart, first thing I took was just a few drops of a Bart tincture, B. Balance,
within seconds I had a pound behind my left eye, then a zinger in my foot. It was bizarre.
So go slow. 'Detox' is 'real', too.

- Sorry you got clobbered with this herxheimer reaction. MAGNESIUM should help right now.
As you are a nurse and at work, I wonder if you might need to take a break (if you can?), get some magnesium and water - and good food in you - rest a bit and see if you feel better.
For Samento, this may sound like "not a huge amount" but it is. I also found out the hard way that, really, it's important to
start with just ONE drop in a full cup of water. Just once a day.
Really. For several days before even going to TWO drops. Increase only drop by drop, gradually. It's really important.
Do NOT take any acetaminophen as that can make a herxheimer reaction MUCH worse. If you have done so, somehow, get glutathione into you (or a precursor to that). Detail in Liver Support set for why this advice.
If there is anyway you could get an IV Glutathione there at work, that could pull you around. -
