Hi, Just looking for information from anyone that has tried ozone therapy.
1. Do you herx from it? 2. What benefits did you feel from it and how long do the effects last? 3. How many treatments for lyme? 4. How long does it take to feel any benefits?

1. Possibly. It's very hard for me to tell a herx as my symptoms are so random anyway.
2. There can some immediate symptom relief, as is pain or even mood.
3. I have no idea. It must depend on the method of administration and the patients condition.
4. Some say 1-2 months. I am at 1 1/2 months with some lift of brain symptoms and some days with better energy. Overall no remarkable improvement however.
I will note that I haven't been able to work up to the amount of ozone that I would like due to detox rashes. They seem to be my limiting factor and not herxes.
