DS currently on Minocycline/Malarone...stopped Arteminisia (sp). Now adding Alinia 2 pills daily and Ivermenctin (sp) 4 pills 1 time weekly.
How long before seeing any results from Alinia? How will I know if working. Have a 4 week prescription. Is this enough?
My DS doesn't speak. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
None of his symptoms have improved except sleeping, he now only needs melatonin for sleep, used to have to give seroquel.
So that's good but still not speaking, lost, confused, needs help/direction with everything.
His babesia numbers were almost normal on last blood test, retesting this week again.

FF I tried alinia from mid May thru mid Sept. It didn't do much at all in my battle with Babs. The only slight improvement (also that you mentioned) was I had some minor improvements with less sleep disruptions. I have read here that a few others here are also trying it so maybe they will join too.
I stopped last week, along with my other ABX and babs herbs and started Coartem. I would stay with it for 2 to 3 months.
