I am currently being treated for Lyme and babesia, based on symptoms and Igenex test results.

It recently remembered that we have had a history of pinworm in our family, at least in our kids.

Is anyone aware of pinworms causing Lyme-like symptoms or maybe carrying something else that does? Just wondering.

Yes they can. Google parasite symptoms and visit the Humaworm symptom list. Also google complications from pin worms.

If you have Lyme, pinworms may not be the only parasite causing infections. Check out the PARASITE WARRIORS SUPPORT THREAD here on lymenet.

Parasites has been the missing link for many. Some of the ticks may also be carrying the filarial worm co-infection. www.lymephotos.com

Yes, completely agree with Gael. Lyme symptoms are hand in hand with parasite symptoms. IMO, parasites at the core of lyme disease.

A lot of times, there are more than pinworms. The small worms hang onto the big worms...tape and roundworms.

Pinworms are airborne; I hope your whole family was treated at the same time...
