I think I may be dealing with some candida but need a gentle approach to tackle it. I cannot handle meds like diflucan and nystatin.

There are herbs/naturals that treat it.

Garlic, black walnut hull, oil of oregano, olive leaf extract, caprylic acid.

Dark field microscopy with live blood analysis is a conclusive test for bloodborne candida.

My doctor put me on this Zymex to help with candida along with an antimicrobial

here is a little further info. Im on the pills not these waffers though

In order to fully erradicate bloodborne lyme you need to heal the gut.

The absolutely easiest and cheapest thing is oral vitamin C. Just start slow and gradually increase the dose.

Before tickborne illnesses hubby had an ACAM doc suggest he do a vitamin C flush. Just google that for directions. You take enough vitamin c to cause diarrhea and then from then on your daily does should be 75 percent of the amount needed for the vitamin c flush. Be sure to spread out the doses over the day.

Anyway -- hubby was working at the time and he would come home really tired and grouchy -- this went on for about a week. Plus the rash which we did not know was candida on his groin started the day of the vitamin c flush.

After about a week of taking the daily vitamin c he felt much better -- increased energy.

But of course it took him about 3 months before he got the candida skin rash treated -- his PCP told him to use a topical steroid ointment which of course made it just spread. He finally had to go to a skin doc to get the candida diagnosed.

So I would say rather than do the flush just start slow and build up the dose gradually.
