The last day or two, I've had swollen lymph nodes, lower back of the neck pain and left ear pain.
Last night I had the chills and thought maybe I had a fever, but my temp was 95.6 (Wha!??). I tested the thermometor on my son and his was 97.8, so I think it works. LOL
Could that be from herx? I feel ok otherwise... a little tired, but that's normal. No sniffles, no headache... I've had the runs on and off but I think that's from the doxy and not enough probiotics.
Thanks!

Are you taking/doing any lymph support to help it drain?
I take herbs to help.
I always get swollen lymph nodes when I'm on doxy.

No... this is the first time it's ever happened Judie... what do you take?

I take tinctures which should be diluted in water before swallowing.
I'd start with cleavers first, 45 drops, 2X per day away from food. It's very mild and easy on the body. There shouldn't be any side effects.
I've bought cleavers off Amazon and at the health food store.
"Also known as Clivers, Goosegrass, Stickyweed and (get this) Sticky-willy, Cleavers is an herb that has been used for centuries and considered one of the best tonics to help drain out the lymphatic system."
For the neck/armpits specifically, my ND just sent me some pokeroot (phytolacca) tincture (the node pain got really bad there). It seems to be helping. It is, however, very STRONG (you might want to consult and ND before taking this one). I only take 10 drops, 2X a day away from food and you don't want to get pregnant on it.
Other things that help is that I make a strong tea of dandelion root and nettles. I let it steep over night and drink it through the day.
This seems to help with everything for me. I really have problems when I don't drink this (candida, rashes, allergies, detox, etc...).
I can send you those proportions if it's something you want to make, but it does take some effort.

"The last day or two, I've had swollen lymph nodes, lower back of the neck pain and left ear pain."
Get a flashlight and check your throat in a mirror. Keep on checking your temperature, morning and evening. (Write it down.) Do hot compresses on the swollen lymph nodes and your ear.
For your immune system, be sure to get plenty of sleep. Homemade chicken soup is excellent. Elderberry syrup/extract will help viral infections.
For sore throat, gargle with normal saline solution. This is a salt solution that is the same concentration as in your body.
Recipe: One cup lukewarm water One half teaspoon salt (sea salt is good)
Stir and leave next to the sink, gargle whenever you think of it. This is very soothing. A stronger saline solution will draw moisture out of your cells, which you don't want.

Sparkly, sounds like it could be a herx. What are you diagnosed with at this point? The chills could be a sign of Babesia. Any night sweats? The swollen lymphnodes could indicate Bartonella. Any light or sound sensitivity or dizziness?
