In the last hour head pressure, fever, heart palps, costochondritis flared, spine stiff & very sore, eyes so sore can barely open, dizzy beyond belief-constant spins.
Ringing ears. Pain in temples and base of skull.

Edited in violent hiccups. Lasted over an hour.
Made head worse

Does Gravol work for herxes?

Have chlorophyll, DE, inulin fibre blend, Eno,

Have no Epsom salt

Can barely move cannot drive ice gel packs on spine.

Need tips have to work tomorrow

Thinking of you Greta. Do you have anything for pain? I know it's better to avoid, but sometimes you need some help. Tramadol helped me as I can't take NSAIDs.

Also, when I hit bottom...dr switched me from my normal antidepressant to cymbalta. It really helped with the pain as well as gave me a little more energy. Something to think about.

Hang in! Think of all those dead buggers!

I'm sorry! Yes, do you have anything for pain?

I don't know what time it is there, but I sometimes get the 'worst' at night, and I'll take my sleeping pill and go to bed for the night.

Sometimes that's 8 - 8:30 p.m.
If that means I'm up at 3-4 a.m., that's okay, because it's 'better'.

Greta how about a coffee enema? Guarantee that will REALLY help.

What are you taking right now, to get this herx?

You poor thing. Mino made me very dizzy (vertigo). I had to stop it. Lemon water, chlorella, coffee enemas, binders, alka seltzer gold. I hope you feel better soon!

Gosh Greta, it sounds awful! You've through so much this past week.

Some teas/herbs may help. What do you have in your pantry?

Nettles and dandelion root are good. Mint and ginger are more common in the pantry. Maybe you have those.

Are you taking mino?

Gosh, I believe "ringing in the ear" is a bad side effect.

I felt terrible on that drug and it just kept making me feel worse until I had an allergic reaction to it (not herx).

The spinning and vertigo floored me when I was on that. Literally, I'd need to lay on the floor because I had trouble standing and then I couldn't get up for a loooooong time.

Hi guys. Thank you for your well wishes and tips.

Currently IV ceftriaxone, Rifampin and Azithromycin.

I tried Gravol 100 mg
Eno two teaspoons
Magnesium

After the hiccups I was so nauseated I went to bed.

Woke up at 2am. Still chest pain, still nauseated, but fever and headache are gone.

The hiccuping was very scary-it was about every 4 seconds and very violent. My diaphragm feels bruised today.

It's been a rough ride these last two weeks but I hope I am killing these buggers.

Best wishes for you guys today,
Greta

If its actually a herx, then benedryl has helped me

Thanks everyone.

I made it through work not feeling too badly until about 1PM.

Now starting to worry this isn't a herx but a flare of yet another coinfection.

24 hours apart...

I am praying it is only herxing.

Thank you for your tips.
I really need to get some heavy duty pain killers and some sleeping pills to make it through days like this.

Sorry this is so hard, Greta. I hope tomorrow is easier. When does your mother arrive? Yes, absolutely, hoping you're killing a lot of those parasites! Thinking of you--hugs.

Greta, the head pressure, sore eyes, pain in temples and at base of skull are proto on me. It also brings on body pain as well. It sounds like mino is messing with you too (dizzy).

As for proto (FL1953), you have to cut the mag. It makes me feel horrible and brings on the herx. It feeds proto big time. The bug makes 100x more biofilm with fats, arginine, and magnesium. Cut them out and your pain will diminish.
