I found this article interesting considering I recently went through a similar experience. I was horrified when I discoveredwhat appeared to be seeds throughout my stool. After getting totally stressed out I went over my diet for the previous days...cucumbers, yup lots of them.

Also, extended release capsules can cause tiny white "egg" looking things that can be mistaken for parasites eggs.

Sometimes a sesame seed is just a sesame seed! Plant fibers can look like worms, too. You can't always assume it's a parasite. It is a good idea to take anti-parasite herbs, though.

I did expel alot of stuff that wasn't food related. I felt awful while it was happening, too. I'm glad I got it out. I never would have imagined I had parasites.
