I liked it, but because I have a lot of metals and other toxins still stuck in my neck and throat, found that over time it really was way too drying -- so stopped using it.

Did not do much for me at all . I got far better results from taking anti fungal herbs. Taking oregano capsules and oregano oil helped my asthma a lot ! I also got a surprising amount of relief after a few months of ivermectin on an every other day basis.

If you eat a lot of regular table salt(NaCl) or sea salt, would this have a good effect on Lyme? (I am not asthmatic)
I have always eaten a lot of salt, so this would not be a change, but I have considered eating less.
Let me know if anyone has seen research on salt intake for Lyme, please.
