I was looking into this. Any experience with these? Seems like it could be helpful.

Yes, exceptional. Carol in PA was the first to bring this idea to my attention.

I've not look at that particular link, but the concept is solid and helpful - and some of the successes have been remarkable for asthma.

There are salt caves in some places that have patients come and stay there. Some amazing turn arounds for patients that had been given no other hope.

Also be sure to avoid acetaminophen. You likely know this, but for for others who may not yet be aware:

I liked it, but because I have a lot of metals and other toxins still stuck in my neck and throat, found that over time it really was way too drying -- so stopped using it.

Did not do much for me at all . I got far better results from taking anti fungal herbs. Taking oregano capsules and oregano oil helped my asthma
a lot ! I also got a surprising amount of relief after a few months of ivermectin on an every other day basis.

If you eat a lot of regular table salt(NaCl) or sea salt, would this have a good effect on Lyme? (I am not asthmatic)

I have always eaten a lot of salt, so this would not be a change, but I have considered eating less.

Let me know if anyone has seen research on salt intake for Lyme, please.
