That's probably a ridiculous and naive question, but I'm curious nonetheless. I've grown interested in the salt/c stuff after reading the positive feedback about it on LymeNet. However, my stomach and GI tract are on a tight rope with my current abx regimen and I'm hesitant to to add new variables that could upset that delicate balance.

So, would a salt/c foot bath or some other sort of non-consumption salt/c exposure provide any benefit?

Cheers.

I think an epsom salt foot bath may be more beneficial.

I was bothered by the ascorbic acid powdered vitamin C. I bought kIrkmann buffered vitamin C. Doesn't bother my stomach at all.

I make my salt C in a litre of water and add a splash of cherry or lime juice. I drink it with meals throughtout the day.

Just an option to be easier on the stomach.
