I know you are suppose to take LDN before bed. However, sometimes I forget. My LLMD said it was okay to take in the morning. Do I loose some effectiveness by taking it in the morning?

From what I understand, it is best to take it before going to bed. Why not put it by your toothbrush as a reminder if you brush your teeth before going to bed?

The newest research, done by Dr. Zagon and others, shows it makes no difference at all what time of day you take LDN. It used to be believed that taking it at bedtime stimulated the body to make more endorphins during one's sleep but studies proved that is not true.
You can learn more about LDN from the book, The Promise of Low Dose Naltrexone.

I was instructed to take it at night, right when I went to bed.
It's a good thing too because my day is filled with so many pills and meds, that right before bed was the only time available to take it.
