Thanks Keebler. I wake up shaking cortisol off the charts since I started progesterone. I'm on a low dose but making me more off, could be the bicillin though, don't know:(. Dr. H. Put me on adrenavive and hormone doc put me on pharmanex nighttime formula and allay from complementary prescriptions 4 tabs at bed for sleep. I sleep but I dream constantly, sleep is bad.

LIP: I had the same problem. 1 Cortisol Manager at night melted the cortisol away for the first time ever.
It actually made me a little angry that I spent so much money on Adaptenall and Adrenavive for a year and never got any relief. Something is in that (especially the Adrenavive) that seemed to make me feel worse.

lyme in Putnam, how did you test your cortisol level? did you do the blood test or the saliva test?

Seriphos made my cortisol so low I thought I was going to die in my sleep..one of the worse things I ever took..I didn't even have, the energy to get out of bed..
I am not sure why they gave,it,to me since my cortisol, was extremely low all day and just al little high at night..but I always try what they give me..

It's designed to reduce cortisol. I guess it works but it's unfortunate that you had to find out the hard way. I had a doc who recently did the same to me and when I questioned him he said I needed it even tho my nighttime cortisol was fine.
I disregarded him and went back to my old doc. So much for a new opinion!
