I currently give myself injections of the Cyanocobalamin but recently found out that it contains cyanide...I don't feel its the best thing to be injecting into my body, even at a small dose, as I am also battling heavy metals from multiple MRIs and x-rays.
I've read about Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin.
I don't have a lot of experience with this and am hoping someone here may be able to offer some advice. Should I have my Dr switch to one of the others, as they supposedly do not have the cyanide in them??? Is this important?
Thanks,

The body has to convert cyancobalamin to methylcobalamin. Depending on how well your body can do this or not, you may not be getting enough B12.
I just use the methylcobalamin injections. Your body can use it immediately. Much better use of your $$.
