i dont always need it but when sinus and cough start to be chronic i aonly have to use it a short time and sx go away

so much better than sudafed and stronger chest meds...

Also consider an oil called "RC" for the breathing issues. It really helped when I had my cold last week.

Naomi, It contains clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary and smells amazing.

You can google to get the story of thieves (interesting) and the uses. There are many.

Breathe Away and Eucalyptus Radiata are also good for respiratory issues. Love RC.
