All - I have quite a bit of expired Bicillin LA 1.2 prefilled syringes. Some expired 7/2013 and some expired 1/2013.
My question is - do you think it is safe to use at all? I don't need it, but I am wondering if someone else could benefit. I have left a message with my previous LLMD about it, but thought I would ask here. Thanks

I wouldn't use any expired medications. Too big of a risk. One of my former Drs once told me that the chemical composition can change after the expiration date. Better safe than sorry.
