I suspect I have metal build up. I almost feel I will die when I take the smallest amount of MSM or Chlorella, which bind to minerals.

Is there a way to slowly eliminate metals and still be able to function? Even a few drops of Cilantro tincture makes me feel like a dish rag.

I appreciate suggestions!

Dry brushing might help to move around some lymph.
What do you have in place for liver and kidney support?

Stinging Nettle and Gotu Kola may of gentle help. [I cannot locate the phrases I known I've read in regard to metals, though.]

Allicin - a bit more powerful and can cause some speediness in some. I like that all are multi-purpose.

I actually do okay with DMSA. I don't have the thread I took this from, still

GiGi posted: "NaturRx, very reputable, sells DMSA. 480-361-8410" The link she listed no longer works but the phone number might.

I've used DMSA from the very reputable www.vrp.com

You'd want to go in spurts, though, as DMSA can deplete good nutrients. So, a little here and there . . .take frequent breaks & intersperse with good nutrients.

Keebler , how did you feel when taking DMSA? I have felt AWFUL taking MSM, cilantro, or anything for chelation. I guess I have to start low and go really slow. It feels terrible! I think that is why I could never tolerate chlorella- it was binding to metals and 1 tablet caused misery.

I will look into DMSA !

Ms Dixie, I would suggest that you try very low amounts if you do decide to try DMSA.

I coped with it as a high one-off dose on a challenge test, but after that responded increasingly badly, even to low doses.

I am trying Metalsweep by Biopure at the moment, the one that dr K recommended, though it used to be called Microsilica (it has been reformulated too).

The good thing about this one is that you can control your dose very easily, as it is a fine powder and comes with a tiny scoop. I began on a quarter of that scoop and am now on one scoop per dose, but I don't take it every day, as I don't want to push too far. You are never going to feel great when you are processing metals and chemicals IMO. I am targeting formaldehyde at the moment as well.

I also sometimes use Nutramedix's Zeolite HP as per the Cowden protocol or zeolite in a spray form, ACZNano, which again, is easy to start in a very small dose. Apple pectin is also that might help a little.

I really appreciate the Suggestions here !! I am shocked by just how awful the MSM, chlorella, or cilantro make me feel in miniscule amounts. It feels the same as if I am killing pathogens like lyme or babs . I feel extremely tired , achey , fluish, and have sore lymph nodes. I feel like sleeping forever and like a useless dish rag . It is discouraging to think how toxic I must be and how hard it would be to remove the toxins. I just wish there was an easier way .

I will heed the advice of going very slow and I do not think I can do it every day and remain functional. Perhaps a low dose every other day until I die will help. YUCK!

I use liposomal EDTA. You could start with a very low dose and work up.
