Looking for personal testimonies of successful metal detoxing, and what supplements/methods you used?
I currently Sauna/Epson Salt Bath everyday, took a little bit of Zeolite for a while, but haven't done much else.

I encounter a lot of metals and chemical exposure in my job, daily.
I attribute my metals keeping 'low', (only 4 were overrange high with a dmsa challenge), with profuse and regular sweating.
I sweat at my job, sometimes it is 60 degrees Celsius, always at least 30 degrees Celsius, and with IR sauna at home.

sorry my point was I think sweating has been most helpful for me

I have been doing Iv chelations of edta and have been dealing with lots of heavy metal issues.
I know that not everyone wants to do this but while doing this my llnp has had me on some products that I take at home. One is pleo chelate and that helps with lead. Another that I was on was pecta-sol I think it is called. I think it is a high dose citrus pectin and I am not totally sure but I think it gets at lead, aluminum and mercury. These were the three metals that I have/ had issues with( treatment ongoing) so I am assuming the pecta- sol gets at all of those.
I am also always on vit c, and as others have suggetted ala and NAC.

Yeah, my llmd told me both nt detox and detox 2 help w/ metals. Add liposomal glutathione to the mix.....

I take LipoPhos EDTA and I can feel it working shortly afterward. It is supposed to be as good as IV. I have taken about 10-12 bottles so far. I take 4 bottles and then take a break before starting it again.
I had a heavy metals challenge and then saw the local NP that did it had rigged the results to make my metals look higher than they really are. She told me to collect urine for 6 hours. The test said 12 but I followed her directions. I read online most EDTA is expelled within a few hours of taking it ,so not collecting urine for the full 12 hours would literally double my metals.
I also read the test graph is for the normal amount of metals release in the urine, not of a challenged test using a chelator. That create a huge difference. So pay attention and look at the test you are taking.
I bought LypoSpheric Vitamin C and I don't believe it is a good product so I don't recommend it. I took it for a month and then got very sick. I took 6 packets and got sicker. I don't feel any effects except nausea and that should not happen if it is actually by passing the GI tract. I have the LipSpheric glutathione too and I don't feel anything with it either.
We can sure get ripped off. I do recommend making your own liposomal vitamin C and that is supposed to help detox metals, but don't buy it.
