I've even asked doctors that question and they didn't know, so I started researching. I figure it is either do the research myself, or drown in my own sweat.

Thanks Bea and TC!

Both the glutamine/glutathione and blood viscosity connections to Babesia are really helpful.

My Babesia symptoms always improve after sauna and exercise, both of which increase blood flow, reduce viscosity, and prevent RBC clumping. Research that backs this up helps keep me motivated.
