If this should go to General Support, just let me know, but I wanted to update you all on my treatment since I've been MIA for almost a year!

In May last year, I found the perfect LLMD fit for me.

Bad news is that I have to travel 8-9 hours to see her. It's worth it; the two previous docs just weren't knowledgeable enough to treat this disease.

This LLMD I'm going to treats very aggressively (I'm on orals) for long periods and it seems to be helping me a lot!

She also switches things up pretty often to keep the bacteria from becoming resistant and to get at it from different "angles"

And recommends MANY supplements to support the organs while undergoing treatment. I take 60-65 pills a day.

The progress is slow, but still progress! I started kind of half-hearted treatment in Sept. 2011 and am finally beginning to get my life back!
