Can taking antibiotics about 3 or 4 hours before blood work affect your liver enzyme test results (AST and ALT)?

I usually don't eat or take any medicine, or vitamins about 12 hours before I go in and have blood drawn for CBC and CMP. Sometimes it is hard to avoid taking medication before the blood work. This last time I took my antibiotics 3 hours before the blood draw.

I'm currently taking Cefdinir 600mg a day and Clarithromycin 1000mg a day.

Having the drugs in your blood stream at the time should not matter. It's the cumulative effect on the liver that they are measuring.

Lymetoo is correct.

I eat and drink and live normally before my bloodwork.

Unless specifically requested to fast.
