My current issue is that after eating I always get some kind of brain fog no matter what. From the first bite. I believe this is due to a tightening of my gut. However I lose my fast thinking speeds. Does anyone encounter this and have an herb or supplement to speed up thinking when this occurs?

The main thing is to clear the yeast. That is what is causing your brain fog. (at least from what you just said, that is my conclusion)
Do you have a Dr who will help you with it?

Ditto what Lymetoo said - you could try a diet test - just eat veggies and lean meat, which do not trigger a yeast reaction, and see whether you feel any different. Also google a nonyeast diet for more foods ok to eat for this test.

Molybdenum helps the body detox the aldehydes given off by the candida... Aldehydes are alcohols...and can cause brain-fog.

Tried Molybdenum, did not feel a difference and tried only eating for one meal and still felt the same after like when I eat carbs. Might be a different problem related to lyme.

LymedCalifornia- it may take many meals of "low candida" foods to see if that is what is causing the brain fog.
I do know what you mean about feeling "not right" after eating.
Could it be food sensitivities? Have you had any food allergy or sensitivity tests done?

How long did you take the molybdenum? It takes more than a dose or two to work...

Try digestive enzymes to chew up the bad bacteria and help with digestion and brain fog. I like Super Digestway by Soloray.
