Consistently I have bottom low-normal platelets and RBCs, with medium-low WBC and highish (22) SED rate.
What does this mean? Doc never flags the results because they are always just inside normal range, but I wanted to understand what it means?

Low platelets means you may have a hard time stopping bleeding if you get wounded.
Low RBC's means you are anemic. May need iron if your RBC's are smaller than normal, and Vitamin B12 & Folate if your RBC's are larger than normal.
Lower WBC's means your immune system may be under stress (Lyme is known to lower WBC's).
SED rate is a generic marker for inflammation in the body. The higher the number, the worse the inflammation may be.
Keep in mind dehydration may affect the results of these tests. Also, what is "normal" for you vs. the lab average "normal" may be different, so a lower or higher number may not be "out of range" for you specifically.
And since none of your values are extremely out of range, I wouldn't be overly concerned about some of the stuff at the below links - be happy your results are so good! Mine are full of L's & H's...
