I finally got my results from the GP3, delivered to me (as opposed to discussing verbally).

It shows:

Heavy growth mixed gram both neg and pos flora.

However, it says that expected findings to be moderate to heavy growth with no pathogens detected.

Mixed flora consist primarily of:

Nontoxigenic E Coli -heavy growth
Enterococcus Faecium - heavy growth
Proteus Mirabilis - heavy growth

But, none of the below were shown:
No salmonella, no shigella, no e coli 0157, no Yersinia, no Vibrio, no aeromonas. No Pseudomonas.

I thought the breath test was supposed to be more accurate???
