Hi,

I work with an energetic testing naturopath who says one of my priorities is fungus. For the most part I have given up sugar and wheat. I am having trouble with the low carb part.

Should I buy a paleo diet book or another? I would appreciate any suggestions. I need a book that suggests EASY things to make.

I would suggest eating proteins and vegetables. Keep it simple.

A Paleo book may work, but they allow more sweets than you can probably handle.

Thanks so much Lymetoo and Razzle. These appear to be some good guidelines. I am SO tired of being told what i CAN'T eat, although that is helpful as well. I especially like the suggestions offered in the Paleo "CAN" eat snacks because I occasionally HAVE to eat more variety than nuts and green apples.

This diet stuff is really tough, along with everything else we have to do.
