Hi folks:

One of my few remaining symptoms are cramping, twitchy calves.

I have been on only herbs for about a year. They herbs target parasites and babesia, along with other bacterial / viruses.

I stopped all herbs 2 weeks ago as my LLMD wants to do some testing in a few weeks with me off all therapy.

1 week after stopping my herbs, my calves got VERY crapy for a about a week. Mind you I did nothing physically that would have caused this (hiking/running, etc)

Anyone else ever get the crampy calf feeling as a symptom? What was the cause in your mind?

I suspect Bartonella or parasites, but honestly who knows.

I've had this problem from day one. Simple answer would be magnesium or dehydration.

If not that, Dr H seemed to think its bartonella which I am + for or he said toxoplasma which I've never addressed. I have weak, twitching, cramped calves.

Ive heard others fix this by addressing nerve damage from IM injection, lower back issues, or from bart.

Just brainstorming.

My guess is not enough magnesium, or babesia.

The reason I say babesia (or another protazoa maybe) is because half a can of tonic water (with quinine) stops it in its tracks for me.

I read this once on the web for restless legs-thought it was quackery then in desperation tried it. It works for me.

Do you take magnesium?

I think it is bart, but that is just my opinion derived from my own personal course of healing.
