And Capryllic acid..

I LOVE this product by phIon, but it's currently out of stock everywhere - I think the FDA might have had them pull it because they said it actually treated candida.

you can purchase anti candida kits with the herbs you need at a vitamin shoppe or Whole Foods. Also coconut oil is excellent. I would do both.

Natural - Thorne SF722

RX - Nystatin only stays in the GI tract and I have had no problems with it. I actually notice nothing different, just no yeast infections (can't tolerate diflucan at all)

Over the years I tried all sorts of product until I came across Kefir. I use both the milk and water.

Got rid of my candida in 3 months with the kefir.

Now that I got rid of the candida, It's now working on my Lyme and other co-infections

I did not herx so bad with the candida but now it's really hitting me.

You can regulate how much you take. I drink 8 oz of milk in the morning and 8 oz of water at night.

The kefir that you buy in the store is so-so, the grains ( called kefirans ) are much more effective you can get them on-line.

They have from 40 - 50 different beneficial bacteria.

I got my ND and Vet on kefir and are using it in their practice

It is truly amazing food.

When I started to give kefir to my dog he herxed for over a week.

I've been giving my excess kefir to my friends. In most cases they have seen improvements in their health.
