I wanted to get some thoughts from people who are doing the nasal treatment for coag neg staph.
I've been doing the nasal mist through ASL, Acetylcysteine, Chelation, Vancomyacin, Tobracyacin and Intraconazole twice a day.
I've been on it for 5 weeks. I herxed for a month straight, but stil have the worst nasal congestion. I have to blow my nose every 15 minutes. Is this normal?
When did your symtoms start getting better?
Thanks for your thoughts!

There's a few great sinus threads on here. I will see if I can find them to bump them up for you.

That would be great, if it's about nasal staph.

I have been taking Monastery of Herbs product "B STPH" (their formula 152) for a couple weeks, and it is off to a great start. Just another thing you might consider.

I found a good article that reviews some of the latest information about sinus infections.
What I found very interesting is that it says there are some research findings that support a couple of the sinus rinse treatments that are mentioned on the Internet in a lot of the self-help forums.
One is the use of Xylitol in the rinse -- which is an ingredient in Xlear.
The other is the use of J & J Baby Shampoo.
I had read about both of these as good things to add to the saline rinse... but I didn't try it until I saw this article:
