I just realized that garlic has antibiotic effect, mixing in chopped garlic with various things i've eaten the past 4 or so days (a total of about 5 cloves over those 4 days, only chewed 1 clove on 2 occasions). What i'm now worried about is if this could push me into Chronic Lyme state as stated in the guidelines that undertreatment will cause Chronic Lyme. Wouldn't garlic's antibiotic effect and only having 5 cloves over the course of 4 days constitute "undertreatment" ? I'm now worried that the garlic's antibiotic effect will make matters worse for me.

Garlic is one of the best things you could eat. It will also help keep the candida/yeast at bay.
