Hi,
I have been getting the worst acne ever. I never had it before. It is on the side of my temples. It stays there for 3 out of the 4 weeks of my cycle. I am guessing it is some type of hormone related issue????

Hormone acne is usually chin and forehead -

Are you detoxing enough?

Bacteria needs a way out.
