My test came back as having the only thing show up is 41kD IgM as Present Higher than normal. Does anybody know what that means?

It's the antibody band for the flagella, the motility aspect of the bacteria. However, it could also indicate other spirochetal flagella besides the Lyme bacteria.
Is this an IGeneX test?
Lyme is also treated clinically, by history and symptoms. If you have any of that, best to see a Lyme doctor. Sometimes blood work turns positive after some treatment, when there is a stronger antibody response, etc.
