Hi,

Few days ago i felt a bump on the left side of my neck and i pressed on it and saw that it has a lump under my skin which i hard.

My cousin three months ago had a lump in her neck and she was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma.

I have chronic lyme disease and i just delivered a baby three months ago. I would like to know has anyone had lump in their neck due to lyme because it can be due to chronic infection which we have and have swollen nodes?

Please advise. I have an appointment this week with ENT to look at it.

Thanks

How is the baby? Was thinking of you.

Lumps like that are notorious in the co- infection Bartonella/ or BLO (Bartonella Like Organism)

Here are some symptoms (copied)

Most common co-infection (Dr. Burrascano believes it is more common then Borrelia).

At this time there are 26 subspecies of Bartonella (Henselae and Cinnuate).

Can be spread by a tick bite, cat scratch, and flea bites.

Many cats are infected along with other small mammals and birds.

Can have acute and/or chronic patterns.

Remarkably common in patients with chronic neurological symptoms, especially when dominated by pain.

Fatigue like illness, but “Wired-Tired” (often mistaken for CFIDS).

All forms of headache: migraine, tension, cluster, mixed type.
Joint pains, extremities, large and small (knee, shoulders, hands, etc).

Pain will be wandering, joint to joint, switching side to side, and seldom bilateral.

Can settle in previously injured joints making them worse and more chronic.

Can swell a joint (especially knee, fingers)

Can be mistaken for fibromyalgia.

More likely to affect surface membranes, causing skin
problems, stria, nodular lumps under skin, etc. (Probably involved in Morgellons Disease)

Gastritis (In the absence of H. Pylori must be next diagnostic consideration).

Settles in the liver, will compromise liver function, episodically elevating liver enzymes. When liver enzymes are midly elevated (5-20 on ALT and/or AST) without an explanation think Bartonella.

**Lymphadenopathy, often neck but can be in any node depending on individual structure compromise.**

Settles in the spleen, often subtle splenomegaly.

I used to get a lot of lumps some were small and others grew larger ,some hurt others wouldn't.

But with treatment for lyme and bartonelia some disappeared and or shrunk Down..

The ones that really bugged me grew so large in between my ribs or in the cartridge area surrounding the rib.

But they have disappeared .

Hi
Thanks for the feedback. For past three months I have been in and out of hospital. I just think the worst with this lump though inside I know it's due to my chronic Lyme and co infections which I need to treat.

My baby girl is doing great so far. She's eating digesting and growing. I can't thank God enough for her fast recovery. She's a strong little fighter. So far has no health issues. I always worry about Lyme in her but I have left some things on God. If he has given her this life then we will figure out a way.

I just don't know when I should get her tested.
