I think I need to switch up my probiotics as they do not seem be as effective anymore. I need dairy free (can do very trace amounts of dairy if need be).

Currently on;
Custom Pro.'s
Metragenic UltraFlora
Jarrow
Healthy Trinity
Sach. B.
VSL couple days a week (has dairy so cant do it every day).

If anyone has suggestions for a high quality dairy free probiotic (s) please send it my way! Thanks DW

I drink Bio-K plus. They do have a non dairy one.

I drink the dairy culture strawberry, kind of covers the taste.

Pricey, but very effective for me.

I have been on Custom for a while now. That Bio-K Plus looks interesting w/ the rice based version.

Pickles!!! I know that's probably not the type of probiotic you're asking about but fermented food is a natural form of dairy free probiotic.

The average store bought pickle is made with vinegar and not naturally fermented and not a probiotic but there are still some out there. Plus there's stuff like kimchi and miso, fermented -onions, beets, carrots, great for condiments.

It seems like a good food group to incorporate if you're concerned about probiotics.

I like the company Real Pickles, they're local for me.
