Over the last 3 months ive had involuntary muscle twitching in both legs which has recently started to spread to my thigh, and into my left arm and fingers.
Definitely not a muscle spasms, I can see the muscles jumping around and it feels like being electrocuted without the pain.
Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
