Called Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C.

30 packets per box. Is a liquid. Nano technology. No sugar, Non GMO, Gluten free. Sold in Europe too.

Mix one packet to a small glass of OJ.

Doesn't taste bad.

Supposedly energy level goes up.

Box...I paid $32.69 at SuperValue Nutrition to try it.

This is good stuff. I've tried it.

Zn + the above
versus
Na + VitC ?

The company makes other nano "formulas" too.

For ME...one packet added to my morning OJ = one quick bathroom trip in about 1/2 hour. So if traveling and taking it...you might need to watch the time you take it.

BTW...it is available on Amazon too (with shipping a little more costly).

I learned how to make Liposomal Vit. C cheaply by watching some YouTube videos. Over the past few months, I've increased my dosage from 2g/day to 12g/day. It's one of the few supplements I've tried that has given me sustained improvement over an extended period of time.

Ive heard good things about this Marnie.

No question Vitamin C is one of the few supplements that gives me energy.

I found this link on how to make this.

A doctor of mine put me on this about a year ago. He reads the chronic fatigue boards and people found that this helped them.

Personally I haven't felt a huge difference in the fatigue area.

Is there any other "lyme benefit" to taking this?

Perhaps what the "C" is attached to (***phospholipids***)...pro/con?

Personally, *MitoQ* (which I am experimenting with in addition to PQQ - one each with dinner) maybe a better choice.

PQQ triggers mitochondrial biogenesis (the making of more mitochondria), but MitoQ helps the mitochondria to FUNCTION.

Phospholipid differences:

MitoQ is oxidized quinone (part of CoQ10)

***attached to a phospholipid***

that FUNCTIONS like,

but IS NOT...

phosphatidylcholine (one of Bb's proteins).

The first day, I took the Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C, no major problem.

The next few days I noticed a HUGE increase in inflammation...ouch...entire body.

Did that form of vitamin C knock off any viral particles my body was hanging onto and signal (via cytokines) the macrophages to do their job - dispose of them?

So I grabbed Glycox, 500mg (one) to lower the inflammatory cytokines.

While SOME inflammation is healing and is necessary,

too much

is bad and destructive.

Yes, the Glycox helped. Equivalent to taking 2 Advil for ME.

OTC timed release Vitamin C (which is the only form - normally - that my stomach can handle) does not trigger inflammation like Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C did for ME.

Marnie, are you still taking Mitoq? Did you ever increase your dose?
