I believe, the number of petitioners are crucial for a new attempt from Blumenthal.Everybody can sign, Family members etc.

Done. I'm curious, what will getting 25000 signature accomplish? The only reason I ask is that there are a lot of whitehouse.gov petitions that went nowhere. I hope this does.

The 25000 mark does produce anything in particular.Technicality from the change.org.
