Neem has antiparasitical properties and has been used in India for babesia. Has anyone tried it?

Yes, I have. It is in quite a few Byron White formulas that I have used.

I have tried the odd bottle of neem capsules over the years without noticing any change.
However, Dr Myhill in the UK recommends a liquid form because neem helps to stop bacteria from adhering to the digestive tract. In liquid form, it could be effective from the mouth downwards!
I am about to try this to help with SIBO.

Hubby took some capsules, but could not tell if it helped. I think as with any herb for babs - the dose would need to be very high.
There is a pubmed article showing that it does have some effect on babesia gibsoni (canine babs).

I did...for quite a period of time, actually. Did something like 120 drops per day (30 drops, 4Xday). It was awful for me. Only made my reflux much worse. Still, I carried on with it at the time hoping that it would aid with Babesia issues.
