I find e-books so hard to navigate. Which section is helping you the most?
Maybe I can scroll to that section.
Thanks.

The interface on the site is weird, but I just discovered you can do a text search which I found helpful for specific topics and supplements (there's A LOT in the book).
The part that helped me starts on page 38.
I did everything in there except the carob powder. I also used Klaire labs Factor 6 for a month.
Here are the changes I made:
-For the Sacc, I've been using Nutricology
-Similase, Only needed 1 pill, maybe with 2 meals and eventually weened off. I took the GFCF version after or in the middle of meals
-GI Encap, emptied the capsule and made it into a tea before meals. Took with a pepogest
-l Glutamine, I took it BEFORE meals.
I didn't have to do the l-glutamine at a high dose for long (I suggest only taking it in the morning to start at 1/2 teaspoon just to test).
I'd caution a person to research it before taking it. My gut was so bad, it was worth the risk. Fixed a lot of the gut problems in a day or two and it's been getting better since.
I just saw my LLMD and she wants me to maintain a morning dose of l-glutamine.

I'm reading a book called "Clean Gut." Looks like it came out last year. It has a good description of what goes on in the gut as well as a 21-day protocol for healing it. There are recommended supplements for dissolving biofilm and the recipes look very good. I will probably give this a shot after the holidays.

Have you found l-glutamine to be constipating?

It did firm me up. I needed it though after the levaquin. It helps heal the gut when taken away from a meal, so maybe my stomach was just working better.
I cut back on the protocol after a month because my gut is good now. I don't take much for the belly anymore.
