My 31 band on my Western Blot IGM was positive so my LLMD ordered a 31 kDa Epitope test to confirm the diagnosis.

Just received back from Igenex and my IGG was positive but my IGM was negative.

How would you interpret those results?

Positive. If either IgG or IgM is positive, it shows exposure. Symptoms determine whether the disease is active.
