Question: Am reading Dr. H's book. After this am going to read "Cure Unknown." Somewhere in there I need to review the Burrascano guidelines and read the Marty Ross Treat Lyme ebook.
Any other must-reads? I don't remember much because of severe brain fog but I can hold on to SOME info.

Death...(im not sure if i like your name, but anyway)...imo...and i too am foggy but better than i was:
-cure unknown is easy and fun and teaches you while at the same time making you feel better cuz this smart.mom and woman writer explains how healthy, smart ppl can.get really sick and come back from.it. she has a second book that continues the story and might update too...but imo you would miss a lot if you only read the second one. The first one is probably really cheap on amazon now. That is really my favorite bbook ever i think..because it validated me after 15 yrs of being told it was all in my head
-Dr H's book is also excellent but in a different way. I wasnt able to read it cover to cover (i couldnt do that with the guidelines either) but i use them both all the time as research docs. Pretty much everything-up to when they werr written-is covered
(It can be argued dr h left some stuff out but i think he explains that)
-and the reason i like bryans new book so much is because it truely is updated and organized so well for a recovering lyme brain
His lyme tx and rife books are older. I dont understand rife that well as i am new to it so i dont know how dated his rife bookis. I was never able to understnd it but i have very little prior knowledge in tht area.
Re. Rife book please ask on RIFE thread. On LN. They all knowrife and the book

I bet bryans lyme tx book is also cheap on amazon now...im not sure how dated it is and if it would confuse someone new. You would have to keep in mind when it was written because there continues to be so much change in the lyme story

Uh oh...found first thing in bryans book i really question...i might know what he means but its something to be really careful about
He says if something makes your body feel good it is good for you. And i know what it is like for yeastie beasties to make you feel goid after sugar...so have to be careful with ti add...there are a few more in the chapter on paleo diet...i have questions about cholesteril...he says many lymies are low un it...i thoght the opposite
But in general i really like the book and it is not presented in a way that all ppl with le should do this
