Nose pressure/face pressure spine pain -- all up and down but especially right at base of nexk fatigue - soooo tired
I have other things but this is the worst right now. Only on bicillin. Low titer positive for duncani. But was on HARD CORE babs protocol for 6 mo and decided to take a break.
Thanks people. Just trying to decide on what to do next.

With the fatigue, I lean towards babesia based on what I have read from LLMDs.
If you didn't have the fatigue, I would lean towards Bartonella, based on what I have read from LLMDs.
Fatigue can be caused by other coinfections too.
What did you treat your babesia with?

I took coartem, malarone, doxy and tindy for 6 months. Before that I was on Malarone for a year and mepron/azith for 5 months.
I haven't ever treated aggressively for bart. Did Rifampin for a little while maybe 12 weeks.

Babesia. Could you give more info on how you felt when treating (improvements vs. herxing) compared to how you feel now?
As you've had Babesia tx, maybe it's time to hit all three. That would keep Babs in check and get at the Lyme and Bart.

Cough or phlegm?
Dan.

No cough or phlegm. Honestly, feel like I did when I first got sick 3 years ago. Shakey, terrible headache, spine pain. I'm starting to think I'm an antibiotic failure and I should go natural and maybe seek out IVIG. I'm also going to do the Columbia second opinion thing....(gonna post separately about that.)

Nose/face pressure - sinus pressure? Cranial bone pressure? If the latter, you could try cranial work with a practitioner to see if it relieves the pressure - the relief can occur pretty quickly.
Spine pain sounds like Lyme. I see a good chiropractor who checks full-spine. Sometimes a modified pisoform treatment move eases the pressure at the base of the spine.
No telling whether this would help you, but I like taking capsules of turmeric - it's a good natural anti-inflam. I get the turmeric powder in bulk at the healthfood store and dip 00 size capsules into it.
